1. Who this covers

This license applies to every copy of a template you get from Hairline UI: a single template you bought, every template that comes with All-Access, and the templates that are free with an account. The same text ships in each download as LICENSE.md.

The license belongs to the person or company whose account bought or claimed the template. Your team can work with the files on projects for you or your clients.

2. You can

• Use the template for your own products and websites.
• Use it for any number of client projects, and hand the finished site, including its source, to that client.
• Change the code and design however you like.
• Deploy the result commercially.

3. You can't

• Resell, redistribute or share the template files, or a lightly modified copy of them, as a template, starter kit, theme, UI kit or component library, free or paid.
• Publish the template's source in a public repository as a template.
• Share your account or your downloads with people outside your team or client project.

4. Demo content and images

The brands, people, companies, quotes, figures and prices in the demos are made up. Replace them before you launch, and don't present them as facts about a real business. Names of third-party products and services mentioned in a demo belong to their owners.

The images and artwork that come with a template were made for it, and you may use them in sites you build with it. Each download lists them in ASSETS.md.

5. Third-party software

Next.js, React and the other packages listed in a template's package.json, plus its fonts and icons, keep their own open-source licenses (MIT, ISC and the SIL Open Font License).

6. The free components (MIT)

The components in the component library, including everything served from our shadcn registry at hairlineui.com/r, are open source under the MIT License. It covers the components only; the templates stay under the license above.

7. Refunds and ending the license

Your license lasts for as long as you keep to it, and it doesn't expire. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the license for it ends; see the refund policy.

If we change this page later, the license that came with your copy keeps covering the templates you already have, so a change can never take away a right you had.

8. No warranty

The templates and components are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Hairline UI is not liable for any damages arising from their use. Our terms say more about this.
