1. Who we are

Hairline UI is run by Hairline UI, based in India. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Hairline UI, and "you" means the person or company using the site. You can reach us at support@hairlineui.com.

2. What we offer

• Templates: complete Next.js landing page projects you download and run yourself. Each has a live demo you can try before you buy.
• Single template: one template for a one-time payment of $39, with free updates to it.
• All-Access: every template in the library for a one-time payment of $99, with free updates, plus every template we add later for as long as we publish templates.
• Free templates: a few templates are free to download with an account.
• Components: the component library is free to browse, copy and install.

3. Your account

You need an account to download templates. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in. Give us an email address that's yours and that you can receive mail at.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting it removes your library, so download anything you want to keep first.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are set in US dollars. Checkout may show and charge the price in your local currency, with any sales tax or VAT added for where you are.

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record: they process the payment, collect and pay the tax, and send your receipt and invoice. Their terms also apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery and updates

A purchase appears in your library as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds, and you can download it from there. When we update a template you own, the new version is in your library at no charge. You don't have to take updates: the copy you downloaded keeps working.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. The refund policy explains how, and what happens to your access afterwards.

7. The license

Buying or downloading a template gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the template itself. The license page says what you can and can't do. In short: unlimited projects for yourself and your clients, but no reselling or sharing the template as a template.

8. Using the site fairly

Please don't:

• share your account or downloads beyond what the license allows;
• try to get templates without paying for them, or get around the limits on sign-in and downloads;
• scrape the site, overload it, or try to break into it or other people's accounts;
• use the site to break the law.

If an account breaks these terms or the license, we may suspend or close it. If we close an account for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund what you paid for anything you lose.

9. The demos and our content

The businesses, people, figures and quotes in the demos are fictional examples. The site, the templates and the components are our work and protected by copyright; the license and these terms are what let you use them.

10. No warranty

We work hard to make the templates reliable and keep them current, but we provide the site, the templates and the components "as is". We don't promise they'll suit every purpose, and you're responsible for checking your own site before you launch it.

11. Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, or liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we'll email account holders about significant changes. A change never takes away the license for templates you already have.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India handle any dispute. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live. Before anything formal, please email us: most problems are solved in a reply.
